'ave it can mean 'here, take it (whether you like it or not) or can be a sort of a challenge as in to challenge someone either to do something silly, to be silly or even to have a fight (body language is very important if someone comes up to you and says' 'ave it'). Some regions of the U.K. can have slightly different meanings to it though so be careful.

It's very smart really. It's something few would even notice.
British slang is a mine field. In Cumbrian slang 'gay' can mean 'very' as in 'it's gay cold out at the minute' (it's very cold outside presently).
